Sound Clip: Team Roti by Field Abuse
In New Dheli, Paharganj and located in a small alley, is excellent home-made style Roti (flat bread cooked in a wooden oven). The sound mostly comes from the clapping hands of the staff giving shape to the bread.
I like the background sounds of the clapping involved in baking the bread as well as the speaking and sneezing. What a beautiful atmosphere and probably some really delicious bread to finish it off.
